Ninefold Distillery's third experimental cask release is a three year old rum, aged exclusively in ex-bourbon (Woodford Reserve). Casked in April 2020 at the start of the UK’s first Covid-19 lockdown, the distillate was re-distilled feints from Ninefold's experimental batches a year prior, also known as the ‘Queen’s Share’. Only 200 bottles were made, so it's a rather rare beast!

Tasting notes: Coconut, creamy hazelnuts, toffee, buttered popcorn, sweet, summer fruits, bubble gum, cotton candy, spiced sultanas, black tea, oak, stewed raspberries, redcurrants.
