PACKAGING

Orders of 1 to 4 bottles are delivered in our bespoke dispatch boxes. With the Leith Export Co crest on the exterior and a stunning illustration of Leith and Edinburgh on the interior, these let any recipient know that they have just received something very special. 

 

In order to reduce our waste, we shred our waste cardboard and use it as packing inside our parcels, extending its useful life before you put it into your own recycling bin. 

 

UK DELIVERY

Your order should arrive 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. We do not currently deliver outside of the UK, but please send us an email if you are out-with the UK and would like to express an interest.

All orders of £60 and over also qualify for free delivery. This is applied automatically at checkout. 

We offer free collection from our shop at Lind & Lime, 24 Coburg Street, Edinburgh, EH6 6HB. Please select 'Pick Up' at the checkout. 

For central Edinburgh deliveries, we use a local bike courier service called Farr Out Deliveries.

NOTE: please allow 5 working days from the latest expected date of delivery for your order to arrive before contacting customer service. If you still need to get in touch then please message hello@leithexport.com. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

All prices are shown in GBP. The price listed on the website is inclusive of UK VAT.

PROMOTIONS

All vouchers and offers, unless otherwise stated, are intended for single use only. One valid credit/debit card per account. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please note that it is at the discretion of Muckle Brig Limited and all associated persons to accept vouchers and offers.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You are entitled to a 14-day “cooling off” period. Therefore, you may request a refund at any point within 14 days of receiving your order and have a further 14 days to send your order back to us. If you change your mind or have received a defective product then please get in touch with us at hello@leithexport.com and we will process a full refund.

NOTE: you must ship your order back to us if you wish to obtain a refund.
