UK Delivery

Your order should arrive 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. We do not currently deliver outside of the UK, but please send us an email if you are out-with the UK and would like to express an interest.

All orders of £60 and over also qualify for free delivery. This is applied automatically at checkout. 

We offer free collection from our shop at The Lind & Lime Gin Distillery, 24 Coburg Street, EH6 6HB. Please select 'Pick Up' at the checkout. 

For central Edinburgh deliveries, we use a local bike courier service called Farr Out Deliveries.

NOTE: please allow 5 working days from the latest expected date of delivery for your order to arrive before contacting customer service. If you still need to get in touch then please message hello@leithexport.com. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

International Delivery

For international deliveries, we recommend the service offered by www.forward2me.com

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP. The price listed on the website is inclusive of UK VAT.

Promotions

All vouchers and offers, unless otherwise stated, are intended for single use only. One valid credit/debit card per account. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please note that it is at the discretion of Muckle Brig Limited and all associated persons to accept vouchers and offers.

Returns & Refunds

You are entitled to a 14-day “cooling off” period. Therefore, you may request a refund at any point within 14 days of receiving your order and have a further 14 days to send your order back to us. If you change your mind or have received a defective product then please get in touch with us at hello@leithexport.com and we will process a full refund.

NOTE: you must ship your order back to us if you wish to obtain a refund.

At The Leith Export Company, we strive to source our goods with a hyper-local focus whenever possible. We establish strong relationships with smaller, local vendors, which allows us to take a personalised approach to evaluating their practices. As an example, we reuse the unusable glass bottles from Lind & Lime's production and transform them into Lind & Lime candles with the help of a local Scottish supplier. This not only ensures that the products meet our high standards for quality, sustainability, and ethics but also aligns with our broader commitment to these principles.
