Aromas of ripe mango, pineapple cubes and honey come through initially, leading to cooked banana, brown sugar, ripe figs, and wine gums. There is then a touch of crème caramel, toffee, and meringues with white chocolate.
The palate is waxy with warming gingerbread spices, fresh pineapple and cedar.
