The Midgie release from Ardnamurchan, Scotland's most westerly mainland distillery, has been crafted to honour Scotland’s most infamous creature the Highland midge!

The whisky itself is no joke, with a complex, multi-faceted recipe making a bright, layered dram. Perfect for enjoying in the summer as you seek refuge from the hordes of insects.

The spirit - 60% peated and 40% unpeated - is aged in a combination of Bourbon barrels, Sherry butts, Sauternes barriques and Madeira barriques.
