Botivo is a non-alcoholic aperitivo made in small batches in Hertfordshire. The base is an aged British apple cider vinegar infused with rosemary, thyme, gentian, wormwood and orange zest for several weeks and balanced out with honey.

The liquid is crafted by hand with the whole process taking over a year from start to bittersweet finish, without the use of any flavourings. It's packed with aromatic fresh herbal and citrus notes creating a complex, booze-free drink with a long and dry finish.

Ingredients:
Aged apple cider vinegar, wildflower honey, fructose, water, rosemary, thyme, gentian, wormwood, orange zest.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Once opened, Botivo keeps for one year.

Designed to be mixed, Botivo is perfect served over ice with soda and an orange slice but it's delicious with tonic, ginger beer or grapefruit soda, too.
It can also be used in a variety of alcoholic and alcohol-free cocktails such as a Negroni.

Botivo Negroni:
25ml Lind & Lime Gin
25ml Botivo
25ml Dry Vermouth
25ml Water
Add ingredients and ice cubes to a small rocks glass, stir and garnish with a lemon twist.
