Meikle Tòir - Scots - meaning ‘big pursuit’. Guided by revered Master Distiller, Billy Walker, the goal of Meikle Tòir is carefully craft and cask-perfected a peerless peated single malt at their Speyside home, The GlenAllachie Distillery.

The Original is aged in first-fill Bourbon barrels, toasted virgin American oak casks and Rye barrels and serves up a sweet, spiced smoke style impeccably balanced with the classically honeyed character of their spirit.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of baking spices, honey and espresso, with hazelnuts, smoked almonds and butterscotch.
Sweet peat, rich chocolate and heather honey dominate the palate with notes of cinnamon, ginger and oak-smoked sugar.
