This is pure decadence in a sausage! The talented bunch at Leith-based East Coast Cured have created a luxurious salami using aged black garlic and Port Of Leith Distillery Oloroso Sherry to create a rich and sweet piece of charcuterie.

Quality Meat Scotland & SSPCA approved Scottish Pork.

Please note the salamis are made with natural skins and are hand-tied, so there may be weight variations of +/- 10g

Storage

All salami comes vacuum-packed, has a 9 month shelf-life from its pack date and do not need to be refrigerated. Store somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. Once opened keep tightly wrapped in an airtight container. Consume within 2 weeks.

Ingredients: Pork, salt, dextrose, curing salts (E250, E252), oloroso sherry, black garlic, spices.
Allergens: None of the main allergens are used in the making of this product. All salamis are entirely free from gluten, lactose and nuts. The herbs and spices used are packed in a plant that handles NUTS, SESAME, WHEAT, SOYA, GLUTEN and MUSTARD.
