The distillers at Lind & Lime Gin have created a delicious new gin specially for The Edinburgh Academy to celebrate their Bicentennial. 

The gin was distilled with juniper, coriander, blood oranges, cardamon, black pepper, liquorice root, angelica root and orris root.
