From the Isle Of Harris Distillery in the Outer Hebrides comes a gin that both captures the small island's unique maritime nature and supports its close-knit community. 

Local ingredient sugar kelp is the gin's key botanical and is gathered sustainably by hand from sea-lochs. Sugar Kelp works in harmony with seven other careful chosen botanicals - juniper, coriander seeds, cubebs, cassia bark, angelica root, bitter orange peel, and liquorice root - which are carefully distilled to create a smooth and luxurious gin.
