Freshly zested oranges.

Serve in a range of classic cocktails such as a White Lady
50ml Lind & Lime Gin
25ml Lucky Liqueur Orange Liqueur
25ml lemon juice
2 tsp sugar syrup
½ egg white or 1½ tsp aquafaba
ice

Add gin, orange liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white or aquafaba and ice to the cocktail shaker.
Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold, then strain. Discard the ice, then return the drink to the shaker and shake again until the egg white is frothy then serve with a twist of lemon peel.
