Pochle Geal is a Scottish apple eau de vie or fruit spirit using surplus apples so as a result its character will differ slightly from batch to batch.

Pochle is a zero waste initiative, making use of amazing and abundant local produce. All apples are welcome - to them there's no such thing as an ugly apple!

Pochle Geal 2023:
Sweet green apple comes to the fore on the nose followed by a background of orange marmalade and subtle hints of cardamon.
On the palate the spirit is light and nutty with a complex finishing mix of floral spiciness.

Enjoy as a Pochle and tonic. Fill a highball glass with cubed ice and add 25ml of Pochle Geal and 125ml tonic water. Gently stir, then garnish with a wedge of orange.
