Not content with establishing one of the World’s leading whisky bars in Dornoch, brothers Phil and Simon Thompson, upped their ambitions and started making their own whisky and gin. They also have a side-hustle as expert blenders and bottlers. 

TB Blended Scotch Whisky is composed of carefully chosen single-malt and single-grain whiskies. They have all been aged for more than 6 years before being blended and rested, and then bottled at Dornoch Distillery.

The component parts of the blend were selected to celebrate Sherry cask maturation with its character inspired by the Sherry-forward blends of the past and at 46% ABV the blend balances easy-drinking quaffability with flavour-forward intensity.
